By commissioning me, you agree to all the terms listed below.
General Rules
1) Do not claim the artwork as your own; proper credit must always be given.
2) Do not request free commissions. Any free work is offered at my discretion.
3) Be patient and respectful throughout the process.
4) Any attempt to scam will result in blacklisting, banning, and potential reporting.
Payment Methods
1) Payment is upfront only.
2) Accepted payment methods: Cash App, Venmo, Zelle.
3) Prices and estimated delivery times are listed in the commission section.
4) Failure to complete payment means your commission will not be started.
Refund Policy
1) If I have not started your commission, you may cancel for a full refund. Please communicate respectfully and provide a reason for cancellation.
2) If I have already started (sketch, linework, or coloring), refunds are not available.

3) Updates will be provided during the commission process. Please be patient, as completion times vary depending on workload.
Artist & Client Rights
1) The client is permitted to use the artwork for personal purposes only.
2) I may post the finished commission on my social media or portfolio, unless discussed otherwise.
3) My signature must not be removed.
4) I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
5) You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use only unless commercial rights are discussed and purchased.
6) You may request:
- Major or minor changes during the sketch phase
- Minor changes after linework/coloring begins
7) Major revisions after the sketch stage may incur additional fees depending on complexity.
Commercial Rights
1) Commercial use (profit-based or business-related use) is not included by default.
2) This includes but is not limited to: merchandise, monetized content, and commercial projects.
3) Commercial rights must be discussed and purchased separately before any such use.
4) Pricing depends on usage and scope.
5) I reserve the right to refuse commercial licensing for any commission.
Blacklist Policy
Failure to follow these Terms of Service, especially repeated violations or scamming attempts, will result in being permanently blacklisted and banned from future commissions and associated platforms.
